Extinct genus of fishes
Jefitchia is an extinct genus of prehistoric drum. Species lived from 48.6–33.9 mya (Middle Eocene – Late Oligocene).Jefitchia have been uncovered in Texas, Louisiana, and Portugal[1][2].
