1. The Court's per curiam opinion in Costco Wholesale Corp. v. Omega, S. A., 562 U.S. 40 (2010), noted that the judgment was affirmed by an equally divided Court.
2. In Tolentino v. New York, 563 U.S. 123 (2011), the Court dismissed the writ of certiorari as improvidently granted.
3. The Court's per curiam opinion in Flores-Villar v. United States, 564 U.S. 210 (2011), noted that the judgment was affirmed by an equally divided Court.
