Clifty Township is one of twelve townships in Bartholomew County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,004 and it contained 400 housing units.^[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 22.85 square miles (59.2 km²), of which 22.85 square miles (59.2 km²) (or 100%) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.026 km²) (or 0.04%) is water.^[2]
