This is the en-Wikipedia user page of PJvanMill (also known as pjvm, PJvM, or informally as PJ; a "he"). I made my first edit 4 years ago.
I am proficient in English and Nederlands. I understand Français and Deutsch.
I like the old ideal of the hominis universalis - I have a broad range of interests. I am generally more interested in ideas than physical things, and as such I tend to read and edit mostly articles about concepts, theories and the like. I am generally NOT interested in history, geography or biology.

In mainspace, I mostly do cleanup work - including making articles more neutral, performing merges &c -, usually trying to make pretty big messes into smaller messes. In Wikipedia space, I'm most active at the cleanup wikiproject, articles for deletion and the wikiproject council.
(to fill in later - there are probably at least one or two articles for which my work would count as a "thorough cleanup"...?)
