He is an experienced sockpuppeteer and, judging by his reappearances in this article for the span of at least 8 months, he seems to have this page on his "watchlist", so a temporary semi-protection would be of no effect here in practice. Declined for now. Given the lengthy deletion history on this, I'd like to see a draft first. Your first source has no byline and looks like a press release. The second one has a byline but reads like it was taken from a press release. The third one (Reuters) is OK but not really about the company, more about an acquisition, and wouldn't be significant coverage.
